Naval Engineer from the University of São Paulo – Escola Politécnica, Master's in Mechatronics Engineering with research in ultrasonic material characterization, and certified International Welding Engineer (IWE) by the IIW.
I have been working as an NDT Level 3 since 2012, with experience in welds, castings, forgings and composite materials. Certified Level 3 by ASNT (SNT-TC-1A) and PCN (ISO 9712) in six methods: VT, PT, MT, UT, PAUT and RT. I hold ASME recognition for NDE procedures and programs, and PED 2014/68/EU approval as RTPO by a European Notified Body.
My work is to ensure the client's NDE program functions properly: procedures that meet the code, inspectors who know what they are doing, and documentation that survives any audit.
